  I have a white gold ring that I had dipped yellow 20 years ago and hated it. I took it to Prlanta and they turned it white again- it is beautiful and I cannot wait to show it off. The price was much more reasonable than I expected, the staff is extremely friendly and the work is exceptional. While I was in the store, I took the opportunity to look at the jewelry and the selection was breathtaking. I would highly recommend Prlanta to anyone looking for a jeweler.

  I was referred to Prlanta by a friend and have used them once before and was very happy. My second experience was when I recently asked them if they could fix a broken ring that was my mothers who passed away in 2007. I thought the ring was just costume jewelry but it had sentimental value to me. He told me was that it was actual silver and that it was just tarnished. He said he understood my sentimental attachment and that he would remake the shank, no worries and would have it done in a few days. Well, I picked it up yesterday....and it was gorgeous!! It didn't look like the same ring! It was brilliant, shiny and looked brand new, as if no work had been done to it. I truly didn't expect such amazing craftsmanship. Absolute quality work, hands down. My friend (who referred me to them) was waiting in the car and when I showed her the ring, she was in absolute disbelief! She loved it too! In addition to my great experiences here, the staff are polite and attentive. I will refer them to my friends and co-workers without a doubt and will continue to give them my business. Love them!!

  Be careful going in here. I bought earrings for my wife and had her current earrings repaired because the posts were broken. Here is my experience: Repaired earrings - Told the jeweler I wanted a brand new setting because the old settings were broken. He provided a product where the posts were not even straight! They were angled on the setting!! I am not sure how that can even happen? In addition, each earring had different length posts. Oh - don't let me forget, the setting he put the earrings in were a four prong 1980's style. And when he set it, he scratched one of the diamonds. New earrings - he had loose diamonds i really liked so I wanted him to make earrings. Again he made a 1980's style setting. All the same problems as above. My fault for not inspecting the earrings in store. Instead, after I gave them to my wife she noticed all the issues. Completely my fault on this one!!!! I went back to the store and he would not take them back. He had his sale and wouldn't give me a discount or credit or return. Very unapologetic! I ended up going to another jewelry store to get a proper setting made - which were dye-cast so no angled or different sized posts. I don't understand Prlanta but be careful, his quality is terrible!
