She specializes in engagement rings and helped me through the that process and made it so relaxed and stress free. It is a family owned business and I felt a part of it rather than a customer. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Went to Somerset Collection in MI today and bought a new Swiss men's watch. Our salesperson, Pam was wonderful. Not only was she very knowledgeable about all the products in the store, she allowed us plenty of time to review and try on all the watches we wanted and didn't put any pressure on us during the process.
