- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Town Mortgage is the easiest Mortgage company to deal with. My wife and I have purchased a couple homes over 30 years and have dealt with some " promise the world" companies. Not at Town Mortgage, they tell explain the process and are up front with everything!! Deep and Diane are truly the best of the best. From my first call to closing only took 30 days.
